Our CO2 calculator has been created with the aim to trigger thoughts and actions to highlight the connection between actions and their consequences when using our daily digital communication technologies.
While our society is becoming increasingly machinelike and dependent on data, the face to face communication between humans is increasingly fading away. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously keep in mind the connections that exist between things in order to acquire a real understanding of the world.

We want to highlight the environmental impact the usage of the phone might cause. The impact of our daily usage might be bigger than we think and in order to increase awareness we have created the calculator.
We want to remind that this is still a prototype that should not be blindly trusted. The reference data has been extracted carefully from different sources but we can not assure the data is fully up to date and fully reliable.
